Jannat OTT provides its services on a subscription basis. By subscribing to the platform, you acknowledge and agree that all fees paid are generally non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this Refund Policy or as required by applicable laws.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

 

  • Subscription fees for the current billing cycle, even if you cancel your subscription early.

 

  • Partial or non-usage of the services during an active subscription.

 

  • Service interruptions due to your internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party failures.

 

  • Unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in maintaining credentials.

 

  1. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds will only be considered under these conditions:

 

  • Service Disruption: If Jannat OTT fails to provide access for over 72 hoursdue to internal platform issues.

 

  • Duplicate Payments:If mistakenly charged multiple times for the same subscription.

 

  • Technical Malfunctions: If a critical technical issue prevents access and remains unresolved.

 

  1. Refund Request Procedure

 

To initiate a refund request, Users must:

 

  1. a) Submit a written request to jannatottmedia@gmail.com within 7 business days of the issue.

 

  1. b) Provide:

 

  • Registered email address.

 

  • Payment receipt or proof of payment.

 

  • Explanation of the issue and reason for the refund request.

 

  1. c) Jannat OTT may request additional documentation for verification.

 

  1. Refund Processing

 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

 

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

 

  • If an alternative method is required, it will be arranged upon mutual agreement.

 

  • Processing times depend on the User's bank/payment provider, and Junglee Movies is not liable for third-party delays.

 

  1. Disputes and Final Decision

 

  • If a refund request is denied, Users will receive a written explanation.

 

  • The decision of Junglee Movies is final and binding.

 

  • Disputes may be escalated to jurisdictional courts of India as per governing laws.

 

  1. Amendments to the Refund Policy

 

  • Jannat Movies reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

 

  • Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.

 

  • Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
